Try Before You Buy (TBYB) Return Policy


  • Returns must be initiated within 20 days of purchase to avoid being charged.
  • If a product is not returned within 20 days, payment will be processed automatically. (Charges are refunded only after the product is returned and processed, provided the return was initiated within the trial window.)
  • All TBYB products must be shipped back, even if opened or empty.
  • TBYB items do not qualify for the 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee.

If you received free/promotional item(s) or purchased a discounted bundle, all item(s) need to be returned in order to receive a refund If you wish to keep the free item(s), the full retail of the free/promotional item(s) will be deducted from the refund amount. If you return the free item(s) with more than 20% used, you will be responsible for the full retail value of the free/promotional item(s), and it will be deducted from the refund amount — this applies to ALL orders.

If you purchased more than one 30-day supply (e.g: 3-month supply of Inno Cleanse) and you want to return a portion of your order (e.g., you want to keep one item and return the remaining two), you MUST return all remaining items in their original sealed containers in order to qualify.

Orders that are returned to our facility by the shipping carrier due to an insufficient address, incorrect address or addresses that have been vacated will not be offered reshipment.

RETURN MERCHANDISE AUTHORIZATION

RETURN MERCHANDISE AUTHORIZATION (RMA)


You must send a digital Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) and include a physical copy of the RMA with your return package. Please also write your RMA number on the outside of your box/package so we can quickly identify your return and process it in a timely manner. Returns that DO NOT include a digital and physical RMA will not be processed and not considered for return.
